Meet Our Team of Professionals ...

Clark Crews, President, Owner and Project Manager

clarkcrewsWorks with you on the construction schedule and oversees all work while coordinating the trade schedules. Over 30 years experience as a carpenter, framer, master trim carpenter, and luxury custom home builder.
Incorporated in 1983 in Virginia and has been a corporation in good standing ever since. Has a Class A Contractors license and is certified as a Registered Land Disturber with the state of Virginia

When not at E&L you may find Clark working in his shop, playing pool, cruising in his classic ‘vette or riding his motorcycle. In his spare time Clark enjoys traveling and going to Antique car meets with his wife.
Clark has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. He was involved for many years with the Boy scouts and their annual Apple butter making project to raise funds for the troop.

Ginny Adams, Office Manager

ginnyGinny Adams came to E&L Builders in 2003 to build her home and liked the team so well she became the office manager.
She is your first point of contact when you call and will be able to handle many of your needs quickly and efficiently.

When not in the office you will find her working on her farm in Stafford County or at the farmers market selling her products. She raises heritage breeds of cattle and sheep and her farm is on the forefront of the effort to save one of the critically rare endangered species of livestock.

If you are interested ask about Hog Island Sheep with a current census of less than 200 breeding ewes in the world. She may have the only known pair of working oxen in Stafford County. Being involved with preserving and sharing our agrarian history is important to her and her husband and the focus of their farm. She is a member of the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy, American Milking Devon Association and Hog Island Sheep Associations.

She and her husband have 2 children, one grand child and have hosted 7 foreign exchange students from Germany, Holland, Switzerland, & Sweden.
In her other free time she loves to travel to Europe, the US and Caribbean.

Eric Crews, Design

eric

Eric has worked for E&L in all the different areas of construction and uses this knowledge to help you design your space. In his free time he spends time with his wife and 2 children, attending soccer games and other things.
